IFBB PRESIDENT DR. RAFAEL SANTONJA VISITED PRAGUE
Last weekend, IFBB President Dr. Rafael Santonja visited the Czech Republic where he held meetings in Prague with Robert Speychal, Eva Sukupová and the staff of EVL, organizers of the upcoming Prague Program Prix and Miss Olympia Amateur Bikini, an ambitious and well planned event that will bring back pro and amateur activities in the Czech Republic, traditionally a country with long successful records worldwide in the history of our sport.
President Santonja met as well Martin Jevas, a young dynamic leader and new President of the Czech Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, following up different activities and projects for our sport in the country.
He also met Ludovit Major, Chief Editor of Muscle & Fitness for Czech Republic and Slovakia and one of the most experienced international bodybuilding journalists and personal friend of Rafael Santonja for over 25 years. Ludovit is cooperating with the Czech Republic and the IFBB with his expertise in the different fields of sport and lifestyle. The program included as well time to visit historical places like the crypt of Methodio and Cyrillo, the aviation museum and the museum of military history, accompanied by Ltd Coronel Robert Speychal, a great specialist in history. Anecdotally the visit also gave enough time for Rafael Santonja to fly an original plane from 1918 from WWI over the Prague skies.
