2025 EUROPEAN FITNESS
CHAMPIONSHIPS
Santa Susanna, often called “The World Capital
of Fitness”, as usual attracted the best European
fitness athletes from all divisions and categories,
included Men’s and Women’s Fit-Model. There are
so many Women’s Fit-Model athletes now that IFBB
decided to increase the number of categories up
to five. This was possible due to the new rules for
crossovers. Nowadys, Bikini and Wellness athletes
can also compete in Fit-Model. The number of
Women’s Fit-Model athletes immediately jumped up
to 50. Not so long ago it was below 30. Regarding the
Men’s Fit-Model division, Men’s Fitness and Men’s
Physique athletes can compete in this class too.
As in the previous years, the most popular
division was Women’s Bikini, with a couple of
categories included 30 athletes or more. But also
Bodyfitness had a very good year, with nearly 60
athletes in total.
