í THE VIBRANT city of Porto Alegre, Brazil, was the proud host of the 2025
edition of the IFBB Mercosur Cup, a championship that has rapidly grown
in prestige and is now recognized as one of the most important gatherings for top
bodybuilding and fitness athletes in South America.
The competition was held at the spacious and modern facilities of the Pontifical
Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS), providing the perfect venue to
welcome athletes, coaches, judges, and fans from across the region. The Brazilian
Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, under the dedicated leadership of Mrs. Diana
Montero, together with the South American Confederation, presided over by Mr.
Juan Paredes, delivered an outstanding event that combined flawless organization, a
welcoming atmosphere, and the unmistakable spirit of the IFBB family.
Over the course of an exciting weekend, the Mercosur Cup showcased the highest
level of competition, with athletes displaying months of preparation and discipline
on stage. The audience enjoyed not only the impressive physiques but also the values
of sportsmanship, friendship, and unity, which are at the heart of bodybuilding and
fitness.

OVERALL WINNERS
The highlight of the championship came with the crowning of the Overall
Champions, who emerged as the best of the best in their divisions:

• Men’s Bodybuilding Overall: Tiago Souza de Ávila
• Games Classic Overall: Vinicius Silvério Leão
• Classic Bodybuilding Overall: Celso Crisostomo da Silva Filho
• Classic Physique Overall: Roger Machado
• Women’s Bodyfitness Overall: Fabiane Alves de Moraes
• Women’s Bikini Overall: Ana Paula Magnus Filho
• Men’s Physique Overall: Rogério Santana

Their victories reflect not only personal excellence but also the strength and
growth of bodybuilding and fitness across the Mercosur region.
