Dr. Sam Ramsamy is a distinguished
international sports leader in Africa and as well is
Vice-President of the International Swimming
Federation (FINA) who has a long-term friendship
with President Santonja and is always generous
and supportive with IFBB initiatives, providing
his experience guidance and advice.
