For the first time two body height categories were included in the program as the result of the IFBB Rules changes. Azerbaijani athletes won
this class in the past 2 years and they continued but with a new star, Hidayat Maharramli, who was at the top in his category (179 cm) and in
the Overall, beating by 1 point (7:8) Turkish champion Yigit Unugur.
