l The President of the IFBB, Rafael
Santonja, traveled to Paris to attend
the opening ceremony of the
Olympic Games. During his stay, he
engaged in several fruitful meetings
and numerous activities.
President Santonja met, among
other authorities, with Mr. Juan
Antonio Samaranch, Vice President of
the IOC, and Mr. Renzo Manyari,
President of the Peruvian Olympic
Committee and organizer of the 2027
Pan American Games, which will take
place in Lima, where bodybuilding is
included as an Olympic sport.
