In Junior Men’s Classic Physique
between 16-20 years old, it was the
incomparable Belgian athlete Oumar Sylla
(Belgium) who in addition to winning the
Overall was also senior World champion
at his age. At 21 to 23 years old, however,
it was Kensuke Kawanaka (Japan) who
triumphed with gold. In the Master Men’s
Classic Physique and in his first cut from 40
to 44 years old, Romanian Bogdan Vaipan
won the gold medal, and ultimately won
the overall. The tireless Czech multi-time
international champion Boris Palovic won
the gold medal and the Spanish Javier Pérez
was the winner among those over 50 years
old in Master Classic Physique.
In Junior Men’s Games Classic
Bodybuilding we had two Romanians,
Vladut Corciu as champion for ages 16 to 20
and Marian-Catalin Ionita for ages 21 to 23,
who also won the overall title. In the Master
Men’s Games Classic Bodybuilding between
40 and 44 years old, Romania continued
to win, this time with Dragos Enuta, but
between 45 and 49 years old it was again
