CHAMPIONSHIPS &
ASIAN FEDERATIONS
ANNUAL CONGRESS
IN AJMAN 2025

l This past June, the Emirate of
Ajman (United Arab Emirates)
became the epicenter of Asian
bodybuilding by hosting the
IFBB Asian Championships 2025
and the Annual Congress of the
Asian Federations. Ajman, which
is also set to host the IFBB World
Championships in 2026, fully
embraced the event, adorning its
streets and venues with official
imagery and welcoming
hundreds of athletes, delegates,
and fitness enthusiasts.
Over the course of three
intense days, competitors from
across the Asian continent took
to the stage in pursuit of the
prestigious title of Asian
Champion. The high-level

At the same time, the Annual
Congress of the Asian
Federations was held at the
luxurious Sarai Hotel, where
presidents and delegates from
member countries shared
updates, projects, and
initiatives—further strengthening
pAFBB Congress 2025. the bonds of this great sporting
family that is the IFBB.
The event was honored by the
distinguished presence of H.R.H.
Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al
Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman
and Chairman of the Executive
Council; H.H. Sheikh Abdul Aziz
bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman
of the Ajman Department of
Tourism Development; and H.H.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin
Saif Al Sharqi, President of the
UAE Bodybuilding and Fitness
Federation. All of them enjoyed
the spectacular opening show
and reaffirmed their support and
commitment to the
development of the sport in the
region.
Ajman once again
demonstrated its capability to
host major international events,
setting a high standard for the
upcoming IFBB World
Championships in 2026.
