ANNUAL MEETING OF THE IFBB
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR ASIA

l In line with the other continental meetings, the annual
meeting of the Asian federations has been held. During
the session, the decisions made at the last congress were
reviewed, and work was carried out on organizing the
upcoming Asian championships, which will take place in
the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, on the
weekend of 15 of June.

Additionally, new regulations related to the
strengthening of Bodybuilding categories were reviewed,
including height and weight restrictions, among other
relevant provisions. This year, both IFBB World pHis Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid bin
Championships will be held in Asia: the Men’s Rashid Al Noaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Tourism
championships in Saudi Arabia and the Fitness and Development Department with President Santonja.
