GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SPANISH FEDERATION

l President Santonja was invited
to participate in the General
Assembly of the Spanish
Federation, held in Seville, along
with President Diego Villegas and
the members of the executive
committee of the Spanish
Federation.
During this fruitful meeting
with the Spanish Federation,
various topics were discussed,
such as the federation’s intense
activity. Spain will host over 60
championships this year,
including the European
Championship and other major
international events—an
impressive sports agenda for this
loyal, active, and highly successful
IFBB member.

PRESIDENT SANTONJA ATTENDS THE IFBB
GULF CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024

l On the occasion of the Gulf Championships, the President has
traveled to the city of Dammam, Saudi Arabia. During his visit, the
President had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Adel Fahim, Vice
President of the IFBB; Aymen Alrashed, President of the Saudi
Arabian Federation; Mr. Faris Aldokheel, Secretary General of the
Saudi Arabian Federation; and Sheikh Abdullah, President of the
Emirates Federation, among other prominent officials who
contributed to the organization of this great championship.
Dammam, a modern city located in the Eastern Province of Saudi
Arabia, is known for blending modernity with Saudi traditions and
standing out as an important economic, cultural, and tourism hub
in the country.
A new edition of the championship brought together
outstanding athletes from the Gulf countries, filling The Green
Sports Hall with the remarkable participation of a large number of
competitors.
