Category

THE INTERNATIONAL
FEDERATION of
Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB)
has always been at the
forefront of promoting various
fitness and bodybuilding
disciplines, but the
introduction of the Women’s
Wellness category in
November 2016 marked a
significant milestone in the
sport. Officially recognized at
the IFBB Executive Council
and IFBB Congress in
Benidorm, Spain, this
category was designed to URSULA
celebrate women with slightly NJILA
larger body mass in the hips,
buttocks, and thighs,
providing a platform that
emphasizes both athleticism
and femininity.
