Choosing the Right Coach for you
Having been in the fitness and sports world for over three decades,
I have encountered and worked with many personal coaches. In
the fitness industry, the presence of coaches for personal training is
especially prevalent. While there are a lot of excellent coaches, finding
a good one can often be challenging. Poor coaching can put you at
risk and even lead to serious issues, including health problems.
