Organized by the South American Sport Organization (ODESUR), the Bolivian Olympic Committee and the Bolivian Ministry of Sports, the 11th South American Games held in Cochabamba, has been an important step forward for Bodybuilding and Fitness in its gradual inclusion in the Olympic Program.
Both sports have made its first historical appearance in this Games, in which participated 14 National Olympic Committees, and several America Sports Executives attended the competition, joining the IFBB President, Dr. Rafael Santonja.
