The Chairman of the IFBB Anti-Doping Commission –Prof. Mauricio de Arruda Campos-, is giving, during this weekend 16th to 18th February, 3 Anti-Doping educational seminars, in South Africa.
Cape Town, Johannesburg (at the headquarters of South Africa Olympic Committee) and Durban (at the Kingsmead Cricket Stadium) are the places where this lectures are have been celebrated, in front of an important number of media and Bodybuilding supporters. All the lectures were open to IFBB judges, officials, athletes, trainers and coaches, with free entry.
This initiative has been boosted from the president of the South African Federation (BBSA), Mr. Wayne Price; and Dr. Riaan Barnard, medical advisor for the BBSA and representative of the National Anti-Doping Agency of South Africa (SAIDS). Both of them also delivered their speeches, in the events.
South Africa is another key country, this 2018 season, as it will host the 3rd. Arnold Classic Africa, in Johannesburg, coming next May 18th to 20th.
