The 2020 Balkan Championships held this past weekend, în Drobeta-Turnu Severin, România, was a great success.
The championships were officially supported by the local authorities, and
the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mr. Ionut Stroe.
The competition
showed an excellent level in all categories, where the Romanian team ended up
winning, with the National Federations of Bulgaria, and Serbia in second, and
third place.
This success anticipates the
excellent perspectives for the next IFBB World Junior Championships
20202, in Club-Napoca, next October 23rd-26th, making Romania one of the most active
countries of the season.
