Since 2018, the Finnish Fitness Sports Association has organized an annual practice competition to give participants an authentic fitness stage experience without the pressure of judging.
This new concept of practice competitions was a inititive from Mr. KP Ourama, President of the Finnish Federation. Participants receive feedback on their performance from the judges, allowing them to further develop their performance and physique before entering an actual competition.
Held at Urhea-Hall in Helsinki, the hub of Finnish sport, this first-class training environment is especially beneficial for beginners, allowing them to experience the fitness stage and learn in the process.
The event has been a resounding success, attracting over 200 participants. The atmosphere was electric, and the feedback from participants was very positive, with many appreciating the constructive feedback from the judges.
