Past July 26th took place a free workshop for posing and presentation at the City Gym East, in Sydney, one of the most famous gyms in Australia.
Head Judge of Australian Federation, Mr. Andre Barrows together with two of his top judges, Mr. Nader Salib, and Mr. Amin Shariati, joined IFBB Executive, Mrs. Carole Graham, and two of their IFBB Bikini Elite Pro athletes, Alice Nguyen, and Silja Hiit, who attended the workshop to teach new competitors the poses and routines in preparation for the next Australian Championships and Australasian Posedown on November 1st.
