Next May, in Cairo, led by Deividas Dubinas and José María García, the launch of the IFBB and Muscle & Health Training Camps will take place, an activity that includes in its program a gymnastics masterclass with training techniques and methods, photoshoots for the Muscle & Health magazine, interviews and stories of successful athletes, filming of training videos, including live stream in the IFBB social media, questions and answers rounds, and an IFBB posing seminar.
