The Balkans area is once again hosting major IFBB international events, this weekend will be celebrated the IFBB Diamond Cup Skopje, in North Macedonia, an event consolidated over the years, that will be followed as well in the Balkans region, by the IFBB Diamond Cup of Serbia, next October 29th-31th.
With the occasion of the IFBB Diamond Cup Skopje, the Federation of North Macedonia is also organizing an IFBB international course of Training Techniques and methods.
