More than 1,200 athletes from 43 countries participated in the 2023 European Championships edition that was held in Santa Susanna, together with the European annual congress.
The resulting overall winners in the senior categories of this prestigious continental title were:

• Yevhenii Moskovtsev from Ukraine in Men’s Physique
• Hidayat Maharrali from Azerbaijan in Muscular Men’s Physique
• Stanislav Vizenher from Ukraine in Men’s Classic Physique
• Ivan Banjanac from Serbia in Men’s Games Classic Bodybuilding
• Hidayat Maharramli from Azerbaijan in Muscular Men’s Physique
