To warm up the engines before the upcoming Asian Fitness Challenge Championships, the International Federation is holding seminars, imparted by the secretary of the International Fitness Challenge Commission the physical education specialist, Sadeg Hashemi, from Iran.
These seminars are being taught virtually in a weekly basis
Updating hundreds of officials and athletes from Asian National Federations on this new category
