The commitment to training and excellence within the IFBB family is of utmost priority. For this reason, training courses for officials, coaches, and athletes are continuously held around the world.
At the CODEME facilities, in Itzacalco, Mexico City, and organized by the Mexican Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, a successful theoretical-practical workshop on competition poses for all categories, both male and female, was held. It was conducted by the World Champion and IFBB International Judge Natalia Nazarenko from Ukraine.
