According to the IOC’s strong recommendations, no Russian or Belarusian national flags shall be displayed, and no Russian or Belarusian anthems shall be played at IFBB international events.
Any Russian or Belarusian athlete willing to participate at any IFBB events may be allowed to do so on an individual basis, under the IFBB flag (not representing Russia or Belarus), and won’t wear national uniforms, or clothes containing any national symbols or colors of the Russian or Belarusian flags.
