Oceania proudly presents the new edition of the Muscle & Health magazine.
Under the direction of Paul and Carol Graham, Muscle & Health, the official magazine of the IFBB, presented its new edition for the South Pacific and Oceania Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, which will be published on a regular basis, giving the opportunity to athletes and federations in the area to promote their activities in the most efficient way, and report the international events of the IFBB among the family of fitness and bodybuilding in this vast region of the planet.
