The 2018 IFBB Belt & Road World Elite Fitness & Bodybuilding Qualifier Championship celebrated an spectacular ceremony of presentation, at the Taibai Campus of Northwest University, with a history of 100 years of colleges and universities that play a major roll as cultural institution.
