Organized by the Estonian Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (EKFL) chaired by Mr. Ergo Metsla, the recent Friday 10th August was celebrated, with big success, an IFBB Judges Course & Seminar presented by the IFBB Judges Chairman, Mr. Pawel Filleborn.
An important number of athletes, coaches, judges and officials attended the event -including the last 3 presidents of the EKFL- hosted in Tallin, at the Viru Hotel. For over 8 hours, Mr. Filleborn was explaining the differences between the official IFBB disciplines and the correct judging criteria; bringing tips for judges about how to optimize the attention over the stage.
