This year the Asian continent presents an intense program of international activities!
The 2023 Season will start with a great edition of the IFBB Mr. Universe Iran and the IFBB Ajman International Championships!
Already confirming the date of the IFBB Asian Championships. This will be held in August in Beirut, the East Asian Championships in May, and the IFBB Fitness Challenge World Championships in October, both of them being held in the amazing country of Kyrgyzstan.
The west Asian championships will be held in Bahrain in August. The well-known Mr. Universe is back with great editions to take part in places like Lebanon, Syria, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
Special attention will go to the Mr & Ms. World which is already preparing for its second edition!
