The Deputy Minister for Sport of Greece, Mr. Giannis Vroutsis, officially received the delegation of the Greek Federation of Fitness and Bodybuilding, led by its dynamic young President, Mr. Stelios Kliafas, in recognition of the outstanding achievements of the Greek national team at the recent World Championships held in Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, the Deputy Minister praised the remarkable performance of the Greek athletes, highlighting their discipline, dedication, and the growing international prestige of Greek fitness and bodybuilding. He emphasized the importance of continued investment in health, sport, and excellence values strongly championed by the Federation.
The Greek Federation stands today as an exemplary institution, known for its unwavering commitment to sports promotion, high-performance development, and the advancement of fitness as a healthy and inspiring lifestyle. The Federation is also working in close cooperation with the IFBB on the preparation of the upcoming 2026 Mediterranean Championships, which are very likely to be hosted on the legendary island of Santorini.
