Mr. Aquiles De Cesare, a great pioneer of our sport in Latin America, had a long and successful career, serving the ideals of sport, occupying positions of responsibility in the Uruguayan Federation, in the South American Federation as vice president for South America and in the executive of the international Federation.
A true sports gentleman leaves us.
