THE NEW EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE PORTUGUESE FEDERATION VISITS THE IFBB HEADQUARTERS IN MADRID

The newly elected President of the Portuguese Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, Bruno Ferreira, together with Vice President Helio Duarte, visit IFBB headquarters in Madrid, where they held a highly productive and positive meeting with IFBB President Rafael Santonja.

During the meeting, key topics were discussed, including the Portuguese competition calendar, the organization of the international event IFBB South Europe, scheduled to take place in Portugal next June, the development of additional events, and the participation of the Portuguese national team in upcoming European Championships, World Championships, and other major international competitions.

With an outstanding background in bodybuilding and fitness, both as athletes and officials, the executive team led by Bruno Ferreira will continue the excellent work carried out by the former President, Daniel Morais, who remains actively involved with the Federation and continues to provide his full support.

As part of the meeting, a Zoom conference was also held with the President of the Spanish Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, Diego Villegas, focusing on strengthening the close cooperation between the two Iberian federations. This collaborative path, initiated last year, is now being consolidated in a solid, fruitful, and exemplary manner, for the benefit of athletes from both countries.
