1st IFBB E-Contest
COMPETE
The athlete has to fulfill the formulary and submit it plus your video at the following link: https://www.ifbb.gbisportinnovation.com/new-licence-blue-passport.
The specifications are as follows:
– The athlete should send a photo and a video recorded horizontally with an introduction telling the following: I am (Name) from (Country) and I am participating in the IFBB E-Contest and followed by the mandatory poses (more details below).
– The video has to show the full body and with a background without elements that may disturb.
– It is not allowed to use oil.
– The athlete must be wearing the posing attire that meets the accepted standards of the IFBB.
Make a short video about 40 seconds, doing the introduction followed by all the mandatory poses (7) plus one more pose of your choice.
Make a short video about 40 seconds, doing the introduction followed by 4 quarter turns and all the mandatory poses (7). Remembering that the most important is vacuum pose.

From April 28th until May10th.
The voter can give points to a maximum of five (5) athletes in the following manner:
1st Place – 5 Points
2nd Place – 4 Points
3rd Place – 3 Points
4th Place – 2 Points
5th Place – 1 Point
