ADVICE FOR
ASPIRING ATHLETES

someone considering to start a
career as a Bikini Fitness
athlete?
F: Never compare yourself to anyone,
work to be your best version and
enjoy the process while you achieve
it. Everyone has their time to evolve,
perseverance, discipline and patience
are the key to achieving it. With
hard work you could become even
better than the girl with whom you
compared yourself and you felt bad
because you felt little compared to her.
Remember that everything that seems
out of our reach only needs more effort
and time.
