The charming Portuguese town of Póvoa de Lanhoso, located in the district of Braga, became the main stage for the DIAMOND CUP LUSOFONIA and the IFBB Jose Monteiro International Cup.
The event was excellently organized by Mr. Daniel Morais, the president of the Portuguese Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation.
These two prominent championships, both in the amateur and professional categories, drew a notable number of competitors from the region, turning last weekend into a high-level sports spectacle enjoyed by the audience and athletes.
