Last weekend was held the well know Nordic Fitness Expo, including the Finland National Championships, and the IFBB Nordic Championships, with a participation of more than 400 athletes from the area countries, and in which the main winners were, Rosa Palopera of Finland, in Bikini Fitness, Sherko Eliassi of Finland, in Men’s Physique, Jenni Maenpaa from Finland, in Women’s Bodyfitness, and Sirke Virkkunen from Finland, in Women’s Wellness, among others.
