Near 70 athletes and coaches attended the recent course offered by the Dominican Republic Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (FDFF) and IFBB Academy about “Training & Contest preparation for Bodybuilding and Fitness”, recent weekend 14th – 15th July.
With Mr. José Maria García -chairman of the European Judges Committee- as presenter and with FDFF president, Mr. Toni Peña as host organizer; the course was the first of the four events planned by FDFF and IFBB Academy in the Caribbean country, about the latest strategies in training with the support of Body Shop Club.
