IFBB BOOK OF THE YEAR

The IFBB book of the year is a classic publication that reflects the annual activities of the International Federation, a large family of 199 countries.

The 2020 book of the year was presented this week, with the occasion of the World Championships in Santa Susanna.

This new edition includes reports of the World, and Continental Championships, as well as the most important pro qualifiers events.

It also includes an interesting chapter on the level of recognition achieved by the International Federation of bodybuilding in sports, a description of all official modalities, and many other details of interest in an essential work in the libraries of all our national federations, and all the lovers of the history of our sport.
