The IFBB is running more and more training courses all over the world:
The Zoom “Federative Courses” of the Fitness Challenge category destined to Asian countries and the American continent,
will be followed in the next few days by presential courses organized by the African Federations, especially by Algeria.
This African country is currently arranging the first African Fitness Challenge Championships for next October,
which will follow the West African Fitness Challenge Championships of July.
