IFBB Physique America announced Mss. Amirah Spielman as the new Chairperson for the State of Indiana. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2003, besides her Personal Training Certificate through the American Council of Exercise (2000), upgraded by the National Institute of Health Sciences with emphasis on Sports Specific Strength and Conditioning (2006).
Amirah Spielman has been a Figure athlete, competing from 2003 through 2012, just taking time off to give birth to her two daughters. In 2016, she licensed her company –KaiFit Meals Customized Nutrition LLC-, to offer individuals healthy meals prepared according to each clients’ specifications.
