MRS. NICOLE HOEVERTSZ AWARDED WITH THE “IFBB SPIRIT OF SPORT”

Mrs. Nicole Hoevertsz -Aruba IOC Member-, received the prestigious “IFBB Spirit of Sport Award”, recent August 5th, during the 1st. edition of the Ben Weider Legacy Cup (BWLCA) celebrated in Palm Beach, organized by the Aruba Bodybuilding & Powerlifting Association (ABPA).

 

IFBB President, Dr. Rafael Santonja flu to Aruba to supervise this important international event and present Mrs. Hoevertsz the Award, in recognition to her fruitful career in sport. Born in Aruba and professional Legal Advisor, Mrs. Hoevertsz was a synchronised swimmer: multiple Aruban and Antillean champion, participant in Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Games and, as coach, in Seoul 1988 Olympic Games. As IOC Member, she had several positions in different Commissions and, currently belongs to Olympic Solidarity amongst others IOC programs.
