National federations continue to hold their national events, qualifiers for the upcomings major international competitions.
Last week the South African Federation held its annual championships, Sunfest Bodybuilding and Fitness Classic, with an excellent participation of athletes in magnificent shape.
Likewise the Maltese Federation held its national championships, in preparation for the IFBB Diamond Cup Malta, which it will celebrate this weekend.
And finally, the Romanian Federation, held last week with great success the Miss & Mister Fitness Romania.
