As it was approved in the recent 2018 IFBB Congress, the Emirate of Fujairah (United Arab Emirates) will host the 73rd edition of the World Bodybuilding Championships, becoming the capital of the sport for the coming next 8th to 10th November 2019.
H.H Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Sharqui -IFBB Vicepresident for Asia and president of the Emirates Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation- and IFBB President, Dr. Rafael Santonja, signed in Madrid, on Tuesday 13rd November; the contract with the official agreement in presence of the Minister of Industry and several executive officials from UAE Bodybuilding Federation.
The Emirate of Fujairah -a key point for Bodybuilding at the Gulf Area, with wide experience in the organization of international Bodybuilding contest, as the IFBB Diamond Cup- will become in the capital city of the sport during this week, hosting other complementary activities that will support the healthy lifestyle and the passion for weightlifting.
