Once again, IFBB will be displaying a nice presence at the Annual SportAccord Convention that will be held, coming next April 15th to 20th, in Bangkok (Thailand). SportAccord is the organization that includes all the international Sports Federations (Olympic and non-Olympic), together with the organizers of multi-sport games and international associations, related to Sport.
During this days, IFBB will participate in the SportAccord Festival with the categories of Men´s Classic Bodybuilding, Women’s Fitness and Bikini Fitness, hosted by Thailand Olympic Committee under the patronage of the International Olympic Committee. This Festival has many objectives: to promote the grassroots sport, establish closer relationships between the Thai National Federations and their International Federations, and to promote sport for what it is: a healthy way of life.
The Convention is organized by GAISF (Global Assembly of International Sports Federations) which is the only international body governing international sports federations, and of which IFBB is a member since 1969.
