One spectacular venue for one of the most important events of the year: the amazing Convention Center “El Palau”, in Tarragona (Spain), will host the World Master Championships where the 2018 IFBB season will be finished, coming next December, 7th to 10th.
Tarragona, a historic city with more than 2.000 years of history and considered as World Heritage by UNESCO; is placed in front of Mediterranean Sea, at the Golden Cost, around 90 Km from Barcelona and with local airport. The city hosted recently the 18th Mediterranean Games recognized by the IOC, with the participation of over 4.000 athletes from 23 countries.
The 2018 World Master Championships will be organized directly by the IFBB, with the support of Spanish Bodybuilding Federation (FEFF) chaired by IFBB Treasurer Mr. Jose Ramos. This year, first time ever, the Master Championships are celebrated separately from Junior Championships –Quito (Ecuador) will host this event, on November 30th-, as the result of unstoppable growing of athletes participating worldwide.
