As in all the IFBB Congresses, different proposals submitted by National Members, and IFBB Executive Committee were evaluated and voted.
Among others, the most important decision approved by the Congress was the update of the name of the International Federation to
International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation, the logo was as well improved, by adding the world federation.
New IFBB Standing Committees were created to work in specific areas of our sport: The Fitness Children Committee, with Natalia Nazarenko as Chairman, the Fitness Challenge Committee with Mr Sadegh Hashemi as Chairman, and the University Sports Commission, with Abdolmahdi Nasizadeh as Chairman.
