                                                                                 THE EXERCISE:
                                                                                 > Sit on the end of a flat bench.
                                                                                 Keep your back straight. Grab a pair
                                                                                 of dumbbells and have your arms
                                                                                 stretched out using a neutral grip
                                                                                 (hands palm facing inward). Take air.
                                                                                 Raise the two weights at the same
                                                                                 time, and when they have passed the
                                                                                 thighs, rotate the hands so that the
                                                                                 palms face up until they reach the
                                                                                 final position, reaching chest height.
                                                                                 Then it expels the air and goes down
                                                                                 controlledly to the starting point,
