                                                                 MUSCLES WORKED:
                                                                 > Basically the biceps brachial, located on
                                                                 the right front of the arm. It has two heads
                                                                 and is biarticular, acting on the shoulder and
                                                                 elbow. Another one involved in this exercise
                                                                 is the brachial, located under the biceps,
                                                                 next to the elbow, and which acts in flexing
                                                                 the elbow regardless of the grip used. In
                                                                 addition, the bracoradial, which provides the
                                                                 rounded external curve of the forearm, and
                                                                 the round pronator, partially covered by the
                                                                 bracradial and which only acts as an auxiliary,
                                                                 when the load is large enough.

                                        PERFORMING THE
                                          MOVEMENT
                                       with both dumbbells at
                                       the same time is more
                                       effective than doing it
                                       one by one since, by
                                      turning sideways in each
                                      repetition, the back can
                                      be injured, especially if
                                      excessive weight is used
                                       or impulse is applied.
