like all oily fish. Therefore,
and because it’s easy to find in
supermarkets - both fresh and
frozen, I propose a recipe that will
take you no more than 25 minutes
from the tray to the table.
This recipe does not have more
carbs than those in the sauce,
so I recommend that you
complement it with the garnish
that you like: seaweed, boiled
rice, salad, etc... u
Ingredients (for 2 people):
350 grams of tuna, cut into
cubes.
100 ml lime juice
100 ml low sodium soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of mild mustard,
Dijon type.
Olive oil spray, for cooking.
